Easy to clean, this fryer has several parts that can break away and be submerged in soapy water. The dimensions of the fryer are 13.1 x 11.4 x 8.6 inches, and it weighs a little under 9 pounds. While this fryer does take up a decent amount of counter space its sleek design fits in well with most kitchens.

The Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer has quite a few nice features, especially given the competitive price. The fryer is best known for the large viewing window that allows you to see your food cook while limiting the smell of hot oil. The fryer is also easily cleaned, with many parts dishwasher safe. The deep fryer also has an adjustable thermostat with ready light.
Safety was a major concern during the design of this unit. The fryer comes with a breakaway power cord that prevents hot oil spills. It also has cool-touch sides, which limits the risk of painful burns through accidental contact with the side of the deep fryer.

While not our favorite deep fryer, this one is priced competitively and will get the job done. The Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer is feature heavy, with multiple safety features, an adjustable thermostat, and the very handy over-sized viewing window. In the end, this is a good model if you’re looking to cook for small to medium groups on a budget.
