Cleaning Up
Put the lid that is made of wire mesh, on your Big Easy fryer and turn it on to burn that accumulated food debris or excess grease off.
Let the unit cool down then remove the debris using your grill brush. You can then empty the contents of its cooking chamber.
You can wash the wire cooking basket in the dish washer, but the pull out grease tray has to be hand washed. Wash your fryer’s exterior with water and soap.
